I often say “I used to be a pianist”, as it feels like I remember playing rather than learn…

Following the live performance of ‘S☉N RISE’ at St Johns’ church in Bethnal Green, I was approached by the vicar to become the church organist, we agreed on his vision to bridge the perceived gap between secular and sacred and that I would play ‘in my style’. The reworks and improvisations proving too challenging for the congregation, it was a brief stint but the vision remained, and so shortly after, I released ‘Piano Prayer’ an improvisation piece recorded in an old templar’s church, st John of Jerusalem, and released by Golden Ratio Frequencies.
